Benny's Dog Resort Doggie Hotel and Daycare "Good Dog Rules."

GOOD DOG RULES...
• Play: When boarding or at doggy daycare, your dog will spend their days playing both indoors and outdoors with other dogs. Just like children's daycare, any type of play can sometimes get too rough. Owner understands that dogs do play, "rough house" and socialize with one another and that a bite, scratch, cut or fight can result during normal activity. Owner understands that accidents can and do happen (example: cuts, bites, scratches, sprains, pulled muscles, dogs scratch themselves, sudden movements when being groomed, running up and down stairs, jumping, pawing, play biting, etc.).
• Reasons for denial: Benny's Dog Resort wants to make sure that everyone has fun. Therefore, we will remove any dog for aggression, excessive barking, excessive mounting, destroying property or any other behavior that we deem is harmful to Benny's Dog Resort and our guests.
• Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours in advance. No shows will be billed for a full day's stay.
• Accidents / Cleanup: Any dog who needs veterinary care will be taken to the nearest vet (weekday hours) or the North Texas Emergency Clinic if after hours or weekends. All expenses in caring for your injured pet will be advanced by Benny's Dog Resort with the owner reimbursing Benny's Dog Resort upon pickup of their pet. Additionally, should your pet soil his/her kennel and require an exit bath (so that we return him/her to you as a clean dog), you will be charged a nominal amount - exit bath $20. Quick cleanups are no charge.
• Food, Toys & Bedding: Please bring your own food so as not to disrupt your dog's diet (switching foods causes really bad diarrhea…trust me on this one). Benny's Dog Resort provides pets with comfy bedding and lots of toys when boarding. As always, you are welcome to bring your own toys and bedding - please write your dog’s name on all items brought in.
• Noon naptime: Benny's Dog Resort is closed from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Saturday for cleaning and naptime. There will be no pickups or drop-offs during naptime. Thanks for understanding.
• Checkout: Checkout time is 11:00 am. (Mondays to Saturdays). For all pickups after the checkout time, discounted daycare of $10 will apply. If your pup stays after 7:00 pm, then an additional nights boarding will apply. Check-ins / check-outs for Sunday are 5—9pm. (the $10 fee does not apply to Sundays)
• Approved pickup / visits list: For safety reasons, please let us know if you have designated someone to pick up or visit your pup.
